CHRISTOPHER J NORTH BA

He has been a self employed Historic Buildings Consultant since 1997 after working for the local government and in teaching.

He has a BA Degree, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Timber Building Conservation and is a member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.

He was a founder member of the Suffolk Historic Buildings Group, formed in 1993. After two years as Secretary he became the Chairman for a three-year period.

He has experience in dealing with people, skills negotiation, record keeping and project management. He now runs a private practice as a Historic Buildings Consultant, together with running the business.

It is hoped that courses will be organised in the use of our materials in buildings as well as the conservation of old buildings.
